You will receive up to two hours of personal telephone consulting from a member of our staff who will partner with you to customize a résumé that meets your career objectives.
Executives [C-levels, Presidents, Vice-Presidents, and Directors] will receive up to four hours of personal consulting time with one of our senior consultants.

Email or telephone us confirming that you’d like us to start work on your résumé. Provide us with the following information:
- Credit Card Type [Visa or MasterCard]
- Credit Card Number
- Expiration Date
50% of the quoted fee will be assessed at this time.
We’ll email you with an acknowledgement of 50% payment and several dates/times for the initial one-hour phone consultation with your consultant.
During the initial call, your personal consultant will review your work history, your career goals, your achievements and skills, and the kind of company culture you are seeking to be successful. If you are considering applying for a particular job, its description will be reviewed at this time to ensure your résumé maps to its specific requirements.
Within five business days of the consultation, the first draft of your résumé will be emailed to you for review and input. The remaining 50% of your fee will be charged to your credit card.
When your consultant receives your input, your résumé will be updated, finalized, and returned to you within three business days for review and final approval. In some cases, several iterations of emails may be required to finalize your résumé.
Once finalized, your consultant will send you two electronic versions of your finalized résumé, one in Word and one in ASCII format, with instructions on use.
